IRCHA believes that in order for beginning pilots to be successful and remain in the hobby it is important to receive both guidance and assistance from an experienced pilot.  IRCHA also believes the Pilot Proficiency Program (PPP) is the cornerstone to successfully progressing through the steps of the hobby.  On this page you will find the links for both the Pilot Proficiency Program and IRCHA Pit (Pilots in Training) Crew.  The IRCHA Pit Crew is a group of IRCHA members who are willing to volunteer their time in order to help you succeed.  The basic requirement to be a member of the Pit Crew is to be able to successfully complete level one of the PPP.
