New “E” Bulletin now downloadable

The IRCHA E Bulletin is once again being published. IRCHA will bring this to you 4 times a year and it is available to IRCHA members only as a PDF download in the publications section of the IRCHA site. This E Bulletin has been done as a cost savings measure for the organization which is helping us give back to the members with the ability to provide financial support to your regional events.

Starting with the Jan. issue it is our goal to include articles from a manufacturer each quarter that will be of interest and benefit to you. Currently we have commitments from several willing to provide content. Another facet of the quarterly bulletin will be to provide IRCHA news to its members on IRCHA related events such as your regional events.

The bulletin can be a forum for those willing to provide information / coverage of their local events that may otherwise be un-noticed. This publication by no means is meant to take the place of the forums we all use. So many modelers make use of these and it is not our intention to assume the roll of a forum.

The goal for this administration is to build the hobby by IRCHA becoming the first source newcomers look to for guidance to information sources and reviews. From there each modeler will find his or her own sources of information they are comfortable with. Beyond that it is you the modeler that must assist that newcomer into becoming someone to build the helicopter fraternity into a strong segment of the hobby.

Thanks

Rotarywing Turbine Waivers

IRCHA has held meeting with the AMA and submitted paperwork to take over the Turbine waiver process for the rotarywing portion of the hobby from the JPO.

IRCHA officers and turbine CD’s met at the jamboree to discuss and revise the procedures.
This process takes time, but we will announce the outcome once the AMA has reviewed all the revisions. More on this as things develope.
