The IRCHA Board of Directors would like to thank each of you for helping to make the 2009 Jamboree one for the record books.The attendance and level of participation exceeded our wildest dreams and now it is time to prepare for another record breaking event. The 2010 IRCHA Jamboree will be held August 11-15 at AMA headquarters in Muncie, IN.
The IRCHA Jamboree has begun to evolve into one of the world’s largest Tradeshow/Fun-fly events. Many companies are now choosing to debut new products, and the international presence is continuing to grow at a phenomenal rate. With Thursday attendance setting new records of over 600 pilots, in both 2008 and 2009, we ask each of you to set up your booth no later than 9:00am Thursday. Please note this is not a requirement, just a simple request to ensure the professional appearance of the event.
Companies in attendance have received valuable media coverage in both US and International markets. The opportunity for you to reach your target market is unmatched in the US event schedule. You will see Drag Racing, Pylon Racing, Auto Rotation Competitions, Pilot Seminars, Scale Competition, and Novice Clinics. The action will be non-stop, excitement will be incredible, and the world will be watching for a repeat record breaking event.

EXHIBITOR CONTRACT
Read the terms below and if agreed, fill in the blank lines as instructed.Sign where indicated and return the copy with your reservation form. Booth orders will not be accepted without return of this form.
THE INTERNATIONAL RADIO CONTROL HELICOPTER ASSOCIATION (hereafter referred to as “IRCHA”) is holding its annual Jamboree from August 11, 2009 -August 15, 2010 at the Academy of Model Aeronautics International Aeromodeling Center, Muncie, Indiana.The undersigned Exhibitor (hereafter referred to as “Exhibitor”) wishes to display his or her products at the Jamboree, and IRCHA grants the Exhibitor space for his or her use at the Jamboree on the following terms and condition.
1.Exhibitor may move in his or her equipment at 8 a.m. on August 10th, and agrees to remove or assign to a common carrier for removal all of his or her equipment by 12:00 noon on August 15th. If the equipment is not removed or assigned to a common carrier by that time, IRCHA or AMA personnel may remove the equipment, charge the Exhibitor for the cost of removal, and hold the equipment until such costs will be charged to you..
2.Exhibitor agrees to abide by all applicable laws and governmental regulation in the conduct of the exhibit, and to reimburse the Academy of Model Aeronautics for any damage to the premises. Exhibitor agrees not to bring into the exhibit any dangerous materials.
3.If the Jamboree is postponed, cancelled, or is terminated before the scheduled termination date because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of IRCHA, IRCHA shall not be liable for damages. Exhibitor shall be entitled to a refund of any fee charged by IRCHA only in proportion to any reduction of the rental fees charged to IRCHA.
4.The Academy of Model Aeronautics has reserved the right to eject persons whom it believes to be objectionable, to retain the right to control the use of the premises, and to terminate any showing for good cause. IRCHA and the Academy of Model Aeronautics shall not be liable to the Exhibitor for any actions taken by the Academy of Model Aeronautics in accordance with such reserved rights.
5.Exhibitor agrees to indemnify IRCHA from all claims resulting from injuries or death to any persons or property damage or loss suffered by IRCHA, Exhibitor, or any other persons, arising in whole or in part from the activities of Exhibitor at the Jamboree during the period covered by this agreement.
6.Exhibitor shall be an independent contractor with no authority to bind IRCHA.
7.This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana .

As a vendor you will be able to both show and sell your products.We have free standing 20X 20 tents, and two large 30X60 vendor tents (Vendor Tent East and Vendor Tent West) that house multiple vendors.If your company desires larger amounts of space for staff and products we suggest the free standing tent option.If you prefer the multiple vendor atmosphere then you will enjoy a position in Vendor Tent East or Vendor Tent West.
The largest positions in Vendor East/West are Board Walk and
Park Place.These two positions are a multi table (5) front corner arrangement that provides the most exposure to the midway.

2010 IRCHA Jamboree & NATS Dates
The 2010 IRCHA Jamboree will be held August 11-12-13-14-15. This year the Nats will be run Aug 8th thru the 12th just prior to the jamboree.
