First Quarter E Bulletin

The first quarter E Bulletin has been posted. IRCHA has been updating the website to be able to mass mail the membership with the bulletin and other updates. There has been a couple of glitches, so don’t be surprised if you see a couple of test emails as we prepare to make this option work.
You will also notice the bulletin is no in the hands of Byran Rowell. He has been in the impound trailer at the jamboree in the past and has stepped up to help on this project.
